【Laboratory Introduction】
This laboratory serves as a core practical facility for the Department of Mechanical Engineering to cultivate professional skills in industrial sensor applications, data acquisition, and industrial robotics control. Through the hardware and software integration of diverse industrial-grade sensor components and automated robotic arms, the lab trains students to master component characteristics, signal processing, and robotics control, laying a solid practical foundation for smart manufacturing and automation engineering.
Diverse Sensor Components, Mastering Physical Data Acquisition: Covering limit switches, proximity switches, reed switches, photoelectric sensors, and encoders, guiding students to understand component characteristics and precisely measure and analyze key physical data such as temperature and displacement.
Industrial Robotics Practicum, Software & Hardware Integration: Introducing hands-on training with industrial-grade robotic arms and teach pendants, combining software programming with hardware motion control to establish automated operational logic for real industrial scenarios.
Modular System Instruction, Connecting Smart Automation: Integrating versatile modules such as frequency-inverter linear slides, encoders, and barcode sensors, providing flexible practical training scenarios to foster students' capabilities in industrial automation system tuning and system integration.
