【Laboratory Introduction】

This laboratory serves as a core practical facility for cultivating professional talents in fluid power transmission, electro-pneumatics, and automated circuit design. Utilizing industrial-grade hydraulic and pneumatic experimental platforms, the lab guides students to deeply understand the principles of fluid power and the actuation mechanisms of electrical control components. Through hands-on assembly and testing, students establish solid practical capabilities for smart manufacturing and automated fluid power transmission system design.

Equal Emphasis on Theory and Practice, Mastering Fluid Power Fundamentals: Combining the power transmission principles of hydraulics and pneumatics, training students to become familiar with the actuation mechanisms and practical applications of key components such as directional, pressure, and flow control valves.

Integration of Electrical Control and PLC, Elevating Automation Capabilities: Incorporating electrical control elements and programmable logic to realize "electro-pneumatic control" and automated logic execution, seamlessly connecting with the automation needs of smart factories.

Comprehensive Professional Testbeds, Implementing Circuit Design and System Tuning: Equipped with diverse multi-functional experimental platforms, providing students with an optimal hands-on space to sketch, construct, and calibrate various classic and compound control circuits.
